Booking Terms & ConditionsDeposit: A deposit of 50% of the total cost will be required to secure the booking within 4 days. If the deposit is not received within 4 days of your booking, the booking may be cancelled without notice. The balance of payment is due 60 prior to arrival. A security bond of $1000.00 is payable with credit card on arrival. Cancellations If notice of cancellation is received in writing prior to 60 days of the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $150.00 cancellation fee. If less than 60 days notice of cancellation is given, all monies are forfeited. Travel insurance is recommended.
